Yet another crappy video I've uploaded to YouTube.
This time I'm talking to John Keeling, the highly-respected former head of brewing at Fullers.

Make your birthday special - by brewing a beer originally made on that date.
For a mere 25 euros, I'll create a bespoke recipe for any day of the year you like. As well as the recipe, there's a few hundred words of text describing the beer and its historical context and an image of the original brewing record.

You need to upgrade your description of the video! Good conversation with excellent visuals interspersed. I had a thought on the decline of cask. Cask might have to virtually die out and be reintroduced, in order to get a better price. In the US in the 70s, there were only a few specialty beers left. The east coast had (for example) McSorley's Ale at a price similar to that of Budweiser. Craft brewing started on the west coast that had a poor domestic beer selection and there was no reasonable price comparison between craft and competing domestic specialties. But cask, at least near me in ex-urban NY, has virtually died out.
