Time 1800 what time zone? I suspect either UK or Western Europe. But another complication is that the US has screwed up our transition to Standard time so there's another questionable hour there.
They missed out the bit about adding a Tunnock's Tea Cake or two into the copper.
Central European Time. Or My Time, as I like to call it.
