How to get to De Molen
It's handy having children. They learn such useful things. Especially when they're getting bored towards the end of school holidays.
Today Andrew learned how to make Google maps. When I got home, without prompting, he'd made a map showing how to get from Bodegraven station to De Molen brewery. Here it is:

I hope it encourages some of you to go there. It's one of my top three Dutch breweries. The brewer, Menno, is a really nice bloke, too. Great beer, friendly host, beautiful location. You couldn't ask for more. Unless you're a whingeing git.

That's not how I went. Straight up Prins Hendrikstraat and left onto Van Tolstraat: that way you can see the windmill in the distance as you approach along Overtocht.
And yes, it's well well worth a visit.
