It's that time of year again

Almost. Time to prepare your eggs and string as it's almost time for Drinkalongathon.

This year there's a twist - its going to be exactly the same as every other year. What could be more different and exciting than that?

More instructions will follow. But do prepare your string early in this pandemic year. You wouldn't want to wake up on the day and realise that you have no string. What a disaster that would be? Though obviously not as bad as finding yourself Islay-less.

I'm guessing I'll have to buy my own whisky again.

Well after this crate of St. Bernardus Abt and the other crate, I only have two more crates.

I'm afraid I always struggle with your instructions. For example, what kind of eggs should I use? Can I go to the supermarket, or do I need to get the eggs stright from the hen? And what kind of string? Can I get that from the supermarket, or do I need to get the string from a hen too?

Anonymous,

this is an open event. We're don't care where you source the essentials, just as long as you have them. Having the correct number of strings and eggs is the most important.
