Make your birthday special - by brewing a beer originally made on that date.
For a mere 25 euros, I'll create a bespoke recipe for any day of the year you like. As well as the recipe, there's a few hundred words of text describing the beer and its historical context and an image of the original brewing record.

I need to try a bottle of that Stout, von Pattenstein.
Apparently we got/are getting a case of each in the Twin Cities. Not sure what the status is but I'll buy both and share them with the mookdom of my beer geek friends.
Stonch, come to Amsterdam. My spare room awaits you.
Kristen, hope that you get hold of a bottle and enjoy it. I'm spoiled - the Porter and SSS are my standard drinking beers. I'm starting to eally like them. It's a shame I only have around 30 bottles of each left.
My two versions of Barclay Perkins IBSt are getting closer to reality. I'm drooling at the prospect. Some should be going to the US. If you're lucky.
