What Dolores found while blackberrying

These little devils:


 
Remarkably healthy-looking hops.

I'm now the proud owner of a bag of 100% Amsterdam hops. What should I do with them?

Make a green hop beer.

Put 30 in a Bodum plunger style coffee maker, pour a pale ale into it. Soak for a bit, plunge. Drink.

I would start dry hopping growler fills since you don't brew.
