It's not ready to drink just yet. To taste it at its best, I would recommend cellaring it for a few months. I'm going to try to hang on to some for a few years.

I really like your choice of labelling. Is it your own design or is there a historic precedent you are leaning upon?
The labels are the work of Menno of de Molen. I think he's done a great job.
Agreed, they look fantastic. I can't wait. You don't know how many cases of each are coming to america do you?
