Several of the recipes are ones which were cut from that book for space reasons. But there are also a couple of hundred other historic recipes. That's all it
is, really: a whole load of recipes. Though it's rather wider in scope,
taking in foreign beers such as continental Lagers, and US Ales. There are 39 Lager reciples and 17 North American. Where else can you find stuff like that?
