The Greenwich Union? Meantime's pub, nice selection of beer. Cheap Cantillon beers.

What they both said!
I have soft spot for The Plume of Feathers, in Park Vista. Lovely old carpeted pub. Beer selection isn't up to much.
I also liked the Ashburnham Arms, a Shepherd Neame pub.
The Admiral Hardy, on Park Row, has a beautiful view of the Thames and can usually be relied on to have Adnams on cask.
Have heard good things about The Dog and Bell in Deptford, but never made it there.
Whilst not quite Greenwhich, it is just accross the water from the Dome (or whatever its called these days) - nice Gastro type thing called 'The Gun' Has havieston engine oil in bottles, clouded yellow, and the 4 hand pumps, 2 regular and 2 guests. They get all their bottles from UtoBeer.
Nearest DLR is Blackwall, (Exit station, take a left, then its about 700 yards on your left. Coldhabour lane.
"I have soft spot for The Plume of Feathers, in Park Vista. Lovely old carpeted pub. Beer selection isn't up to much." No, you're right, it isn't
"I also liked the Ashburnham Arms, a Shepherd Neame pub." If you like Sheperd Neame beer..... also it's a bit likem Straw Dogs if you're not a regular
"The Admiral Hardy, on Park Row, has a beautiful view of the Thames and can usually be relied on to have Adnams on cask." I think you mean the Trafalgar - the Hardy is on College Approach and has no river view. The Trafalgar will be mobbed with tourists on a Sunday afternoon in August.
"Have heard good things about The Dog and Bell in Deptford, but never made it there" At last you're talking about a good pub with good, very well-priced beer and food. However it's a 25 minute walk from the DLR, which is further than Ron had in mind.

Utter dive. Badly kept Shepherd Neame, with a landlord that serves non-regulars like its a chore.
