The grist is the same as Runner. Then again, both are just all base malt. The differences are in the hopping. Here, most of them are described as Bavarian, around two thirds. I’ve guessed that they mean Hallertau by that.
There’s a lot more of them, too. There were just 5.75 lbs per quarter (336 lbs) in the Runner compared to over 9 lbs in the Stock version
No surprise that this was aged. That was sort of the whole point as a Stock Ale. As this one isn’t massively strong, I’d guess 12 to 18 months.
