Pour Decisions

Kristen's brewery is finally up and running. Here's the press release:

University of Minnesota Alums Turn Award Winning Beer into Pour Decisions


(Roseville, MN) – Pour Decisions Brewing Company is excited to announce the official release of their award winning beer on August 23rd at the Minnesota State Fair. PourDecisions Brewing Company is the newest brewery in Minnesota to make a splash in thecraft beer scene located in Roseville, MN. Their first release, a dark Scottish session alecalled The Pubstitute, was a previous Blue ribbon Best of Show winner at the fair andwill be exclusively showcased at the Ball Park Cafe on the Minnesota State Fair grounds. Pour Decisions Brewing Company will be the first Minnesota brewery ever launched atthe “Great Minnesota Get-Together” taking place August 23rd through Labor Day.

Pour Decisions Brewing Company was founded in 2011 by a pair of University ofMinnesota alums, BJ Haun and Kristen England. PDBC will be producing world classbeers using traditional processes, ingredients and techniques. Drawing on inspirationfrom classic brewing centers around the world, the brewers at PDBC seek to introduceunder-represented beer styles to the people of Minnesota. I'd really like to be there for the debut because it would mean I'd get to eat (again) at the Minnesota State Fair.

Thanks guys! 20bbl system so it's a good size. Just distribution in MN for now. Stan just about sized up the state fair. It had something like 2 million visitors in 12 days last year. To my understanding well have the only craft beer in the whole fair under 4%, let alone 3.5%.
