I had a quick scoot round the brewery websites looking for boy's bitter with a predictable lack of success. But I did notice that Arkells are now producing a low gravity IPA (1034) which is an exact match an IPA Wadworths are producing.
Are we seeing a new type of 'Wiltshire IPA' taking over the role of boys bitter? And where does this leave IPA as a definable style?
