Yes, I'm just about to head off to the USA again. I fly on Friday and almost immediately the fun begins.
Well, really the fun will start before I even get out of Schiphol. I always like to have a drink or two before being strip searched.
This is my schedule - a whirlwind tour of Houston, Birmingham, Atlanta and Asheville. Come along, chat, feed me beer, buy my book.

Next time, come to Minneapolis ;)
ReplyDeleteMake sure you eat a full southern breakfast complete with grits, biscuits and gravy Ron!
ReplyDeleteI just got the book but won't be anywhere near those signings. I'll definitely be working on some of those recipes, and the 1936 Barclay Perkins KK looks just lovely.
ReplyDeleteI don't suppose you have a place on this site, or somewhere else, where people are commenting on recipes and you're providing feedback? Seems like it would be a good way of closing the loop in a modern sort of way.
Ack, I can't believe that you're going to be in Birmingham and I'm going to be out of town! Cahaba is walking distance of my home (and a fine brewery it is). Oh well, I'll be sending books over to be signed. Hope your trip is great and that you get your biscuits and gravy.
