Ever been in a situation as weird as this?

St. Bernardus Abt is often suggested as a substitute for Westvleteren 12. I'm doing it the other way around.


I told you that Ton Overmars has got in some Westvleteren. It's quite nice. I can pick up a bottle or two with little effort, if some expense. But he's run out of St. Bernardus Abt.

What a weird situation. Being forced to buy Westvleteren against my will.

    I've only had W12 once... and did not find it better than StB1!...

    I find it hard to feel sorry for you, being forced into such a terribly delicious conundrum.
