Rather belatedly, I've realised I can cash in on the Olympics bonanza. With a special edition of "London!" my book about, er, London.
It's full of stuff about London breweries and beer. But not a single mention of the Olympics. Doesn't feature at all. Instead you get crazy, crazy numbers of numbers. Table after table, with all the subtlety of a bludgeon. You'll love it if you love that sort of thing. (As sales of "Numbers!" have demonstrated, there's a market for books without words.)
And words. Quite a lot of those. Lots of different ones. Orgainsed in various structures - phrases, sentences, paragraphs, chapters, sections, indices - the lot. Plus multiple tenses, voices, moods and even the odd spot of argot.
What's new about this edition? Low quality paper. Which is why I call it the budget edition*. Printed on the cheapest paper Lulu can provide.
Buy it now! Before in disintegrates in the warehouse.
* That's Andrew's, really. I wanted to call it toilet paper edition.
