There are a few more sugars. And every beer contains one. Just the one. Sadly, in most cases the exact type isn’t specified in the brewing record. The exception being Barclay Perkins, where the sugar was No. 2 invert.
The percentage of sugar varies quite a bit, from 6.5% to 21%. The latter being well above the national average of around 10% in 1895.
