I don't know if there's anything similar available where I'm from, so I have to come up with a replacement just in case.Pyramid Headhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06422466897649388200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5445569787371915337.post-91752136990938733042017-01-31T04:38:53.109-08:002017-01-31T04:38:53.109-08:00Paul Galardy,

Seem reasonable? Also, I'm worried about the FG - and getting too much attenuation. I was thinking of pushing up the mash temp to 156F. Has the experience been that mashing at 152 - and fermenting with 1318 - gets you down to the expected FG? I personally use No1 invert but have many times in the past used Lyles when in a pinch. Also remember that we aren't trying to clone a beer currently made so the difference to each person would be unseen. That being said, follow as closely as makes sense to you.Kristen Englandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05212694853976179911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5445569787371915337.post-59303175532676273952010-07-29T01:50:17.736-07:002010-07-29T01:50:17.736-07:00I will make this one tomorrow.

Golden Syrup is probably the best readily available substitute so I would use that quite happily. The flavour of number 1 is similar to the golden syrup but seems to have a more honeyish taste.mentaldentalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15226160741245530097noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5445569787371915337.post-36534229849848039002010-07-28T15:39:07.961-07:002010-07-28T15:39:07.961-07:00Are you using Lyle's Golden as the invert #1?Are you using Lyle's Golden as the invert #1?Anthonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09349272006440194500noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5445569787371915337.post-87606646471035563212010-07-28T14:02:54.665-07:002010-07-28T14:02:54.665-07:00Tandleman's,
