It's just it was all one type.<br /><br />The amounts of stronger Mild brewed in the country were probably pretty small. Perhaps it was just that a smaller brewery could more easily brew small quantities. <br /><br />And that, in London, the place of stronger Milds was taken by KK and KKK. Burton Ales.
